| General Staffing etiquette, quidelines and reporting concerns. |
Overview
We take staffing the PS3Leaderboard website very seriously. Given the very nature of the site, our policy is to make sure that all members are dealt with in a fair fashion and staff should always be putting the members first.
Staff Behaviour
Staff are instructed to help out with member issues, be it on the forum or the main battle site. Staff are in place to handle all Support Tickets and these are dealt with and monitored by senior staff, where appropriate. Staff are allowed to battle on the site as individuals or as part of a team. Staff are monitored to avoid being placed in inappropriate positions regarding match disputes and must be seen at all times to be equitable and subjective at all times.
Note:
Staff are NOT allowed to be involved in the referee process for a game that they are involved in, nor are they allowed to get involved in any dispute arising from a game that they have played in. Members need not fear that staff playing on our ladders and tournaments are treated with any preference.
Reporting Staffing concerns
If you have reason to suspect a staff member of acting outside of the above policies, or any other concerns with the way staff are handling disputes, general tickets, or forum moderation then please contact me, the site owner personally, so that I can look into the matter personally, privately, and without prejudice.
